Why should I book my stay directly on your website?
Booking direct through the BIG4 Whiters website ensures you receive the best available price and the most flexible cancellation terms. While third-party booking sites often require a 7-day notice period, direct bookings made via our website enjoy flexibility until 9am the day prior to arrival during our Low Season. As a family owned and operated business, booking direct also means you are supporting the local Lakes Entrance economy. It allows us to continue investing in our park and supporting other local businesses across the Gippsland region.

What hours is your office open?
Our reception and kiosk are open from 8am - 6pm daily. Our friendly team can assist with meal discount vouchers and local tour bookings, and we have basic essentials like milk available for purchase.

When can I check-in and when do I have to check-out?
Check-in is available from 2pm through to 6pm. If you expect to arrive after this time, please contact our reception during office hours to arrange your arrival. Check-out is by 10am, unless by prior arrangement.
Are you pet friendly?
No, BIG4 Whiters Holiday Village is not set up to accommodate pets. While we are not a pet friendly park, registered assistance animals are welcome; please contact our team if you are travelling with a service animal.
Do you have wheelchair accessible accommodation?
We offer one Garden Cottage that is wheelchair accessible with a ramp and an open wheel-in shower. We do not advertise as fully accessible because the toilet location prevents the installation of an assistance bar, so please call us on 03 5155 1343 to discuss if this unit meets your requirements.
Do you have WiFi internet access?
Yes, we provide limited free WiFi for guests in the park. The speed is good for checking social media and emails, but not suitable for streaming services like Netflix. There is a good WiFi signal around the reception building but we cannot guarantee WiFi in accommodation.
Do you have a pool?
Yes we have three swimming pools at our holiday village. Pool hours are from 9am - 9:30pm daily. For safety, children under 12 must be supervised at all times and no glass, running, or diving is permitted in the pool areas.
Are your swimming pools heated during winter?
To ensure a warm swim regardless of the winter weather, we provide all our guests with complimentary entry passes to the nearby Lakes Entrance Aquadome. This gives you full access to their indoor heated pools, spa, and sauna facilities.
Is there a spa or sauna at the holiday village?
We no longer have an on-site spa facility at BIG4 Whiters. However, we provide all guests with free passes to the Lakes Entrance Aquadome, located just a short distance away. You can enjoy their indoor heated spa and sauna facilities at no extra cost during your stay with us.
Do you have a playground?
Yes, we have a playground for children who are 12 years old and under. The playground is available during daylight hours and children must be supervised at all times.
When is the Games Room open?
The Games Room is open from 8am-9:30pm daily for all guests to enjoy.
Can I use the Tennis/Basketball Court?
Yes, guests are welcome to use the court from 8am until dusk. We ask that you book your time slot at reception first; equipment hire is available for $5.
Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes, we have a self-serve, coin-operated laundry open from 8am - 9:30pm. Please note that our Garden Cottages are the only accommodation type that includes private laundry facilities.
Do I need to bring linen?
No, all linen is included for your stay. The beds are made for your arrival and bath towels are provided, however, we recommend bringing your own pool or beach towels.
Do you have noise restrictions?
To ensure a relaxed village environment, noise must be kept to a minimum at all times. We observe strict quiet hours before 8am and after 10pm.

What exclusive perks are available for BIG4 Perks+ members?
As a BIG4 Perks+ member, you can enjoy exclusive In-Park Perks to make your stay even more relaxing. Subject to availability, members can request a 12pm early check-in or late check-out, free tennis equipment hire, or a complimentary 1-hour pedal kart hire. These are in addition to your standard member discount.
